Christmas Eve we spent at Aunt Terri's - a tradition that has become. The kids got to open up presents there after dinner, but I think all of her dancing/singing Christmas animals/dolls were almost more exciting than the presents - go figure.
Reagan has been saying she wanted a pony for several weeks now and that is exactly what she told Santa. We have stressed that Santa can't really bring a real pony on his sleigh so she changed her mind to a pony with a stick. And low and behold, Santa got her a pink pony on a stick. He got Brennan one too - that way they can ride their ponies together!
They both got lots of other great toys from Santa, friends and family. Of course the biggest present came from mommy and daddy - a swingset! They were so excited to see that - the last present of the morning. Reagan loves the swing and Brennan loves the slide - it makes me incredibly happy - especially after all the work I put in to being able to get one in our backyard.
